Bill was a phenomenal supporter of CBA and always had wise and sage advice related to the school and alumni functions. His wise counsel will be missed. Knowing him for over 20 years through our initial contact with the Alumni Board, he became a good friend. He imparted some very wise advice on emergency DIY home repairs, even volunteering to mentor and help. That's just who Bill was... a knowledgeable, caring and friendly, always willing to lend a hand for a friend or a good cause, especially CBA! I will miss his friendship and sense of humor.

Mr. Davidson, or Mr. D as I called him, was the "salt of the earth" type of guy. Always a warm welcome with a witty comment or joke. My sincere condolences to the Davidson family. Mr. D will be missed.

Bill was a good man who led by example. He was good to me when I was in grammar school and he was in high school, and our friendship continued to grow as we both matured, through our mutual affection for CBA and our shared service on the Alumni Association Board of Trustees, where we both served as president and as trustees.

My Uncle Billy was my mom Debbie’s brother and truly the best uncle anyone could ask for. He loved to tease us, but he never hesitated to keep us in line when needed. My uncle was a kind, generous, and well respected man who was always willing to help anyone in need. He is missed by my family and all who knew him. Love your favorite southern niece Mel ❤️
